A modern Art Installation from Euro pallets was calm island for the reader. The installation was built in front of the library in Cleveland, USA. The artist Mark Reigelman aimed with his project to make a well-shielded area for the reader where they can rest.
art installation in the form of a nest
Mark Reigelman found inspiration for his Art Installation in nature. He took the form of the bird's nest. As a building material euro pallets were used - the construction is made of stainless steel and then covered with the Euro pallets. The outside is left untreated, and acts in this way, of course, while inside the wooden boards were oiled in golden color. 40 000 Nail hold the construction together. The construction lasted for a week, but the end result can be seen in any case
art installation of wooden pallets
The Art Installation of Reigelman is located in the small park in front of the library. The high walls shield visitors from the bustle of the big city down - and therefore provide a haven of peace where you can relax. At the same time it looks like a modern sculpture that decorates the park. A doorway leads visitors into the nest - and thence to the library entrance. Influenced by the trends in architecture and with an environmentally friendly Bauweise- installation has to the future
The exterior was left untreated, oiled the inside.
