This beautiful House Design was designed by the architect Martín Dulanto 2012 in Lima, Peru. The summer villa was built on two floors. Particularly impressive acts the huge roof terrace, where a small swimming pool, dining area and even an open living room are located.

The House Design Martín Dulanto impressed not only with modern architecture, but also with a practical and functional room layout. The ground floor houses a surprising amount of space. On the first floor there are a bedroom with bathroom, three bedrooms with several beds, which also have en suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, and a covered terrace with sofa.

The modern House Design in Lima impressed not only with a modern interior. The huge roof terrace was designed as a separate living room, where you can spend many hours of relaxation. The rooftop terrace has been set up as a multi-functional area, with a mini-pool, open seating area, barbecue area and dining area. A wooden structure as gazebo covered the roof terrace
