The Brazilian architect Guilherme Torres successfully in his modern apartment building elements of traditional and modern architecture mixed. This unique home design was designed by architect Studio Guilherme Torres in São Paulo and built completed 2012 Design.
The architect has used intentionally aesthetics and minimalism as two main directions for the interior and exterior design.

The exterior design of the house is characterized by unusual architecture with straight geometric lines. The upper floor is a rectangular structure of concrete is with wooden lattice as a wall of the south side. The grid serves as ventilation, privacy and protect against the sun. The ground floor is located perpendicularly under the first floor and has a sliding glass door that leads directly to the garden

The interior in modern home of Guilherme Torres was charged with much aesthetic and atmospheric colors designed. The bedroom and children upstairs are decorated with different color accents. On the ground floor kitchen, dining room and lounge were housed in a large room. The interior was decorated in all shades of blue and brown with a fresh Maritim feeling
